Bourbon (or Eagle Rare), Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon juice poured over ice and shaken. Served strained into a coupe glass.
Rye whiskey (or bourbon), campari, and sweet vermouth poured over cracked ice, garnished with a cherry (or twist of orange peel), and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
