Sugar, fresh mint leaves, club soda, and white rum muddled to release oils and served in a high ball glass. Garnished with mint sprigs and a lime twist.
Dark (or Anejo Rum), freshly squeezed lime, muddled in a Collins or High Ball glass and topped with Coca Cola.
Cachaça Rum. 1/2 of a fresh lime cut into quarters, and superfine sugur muddled to perfection. Shaken well and poured unstrained into a rocks glass.
Gosling’s black steal rum, ginger beer, and fresh lime juice added in layers, served in a highball glass with ice and a straw.
Velvet Falernum, Coruba dark rum, and freshly squeezed lime juice shaken over crushed ice. Strained and served into a cocktail glass. Garnished with a lime.
